TotalEnergies is set to restart work on its $20 billion Mozambique LNG project this quarter, according to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), but concerns are mounting that a recent surge in attacks on civilians and armed forces by Islamic State insurgents some 60 kilometres south of the Afungi construction site could derail this goal.
