QatarEnergy is close to finalising liquefied natural gas supply deals with several players in Asia and Europe, according to its chief executive Saad Sherida Al Kaabi.

The state-owned giant is embarking on massively expanding its North Field to boost maximum LNG production to 126 million tonnes per annum in the next three years, up from the existing 77 million tpa nameplate capacity.
