UK operator EnQuest has attracted a joint venture partner to help facilitate the development of a sizeable undeveloped oil discovery in the North Sea.

Viaro Energy, a London-based company, said it signed through its main operating subsidiary RockRose a sales and purchase agreement with EnQuest for the acquisition of a 15% interest in each of the Bressay field and the EnQuest Producer floating production, storage and offloading vessel.
